Nicely decorated place! Really helpful, absolutely kind people working here. Had economy single room with single bed and a big bathroom. The breakfasts with for example eggs. Good setting and a concert hall and restaurants close to the hotel. Walking distance to the main shopping centre and shops across the street.

Rewritten in everyday language: Here, the rooms are beautifully decorated with super comfortable beds, an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card for access.

Great choice for trip. Comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and coffee/tea makers in the room. Delightful views over street from our room. Favourable, marvellous location to the outermost stop on the local network.

Nice design of the rooms, cleanliness.
Double bed rooms are also very small. Very bad parking opportunities. Wouldn't recommend to guests travelling with cars.

The hotel is well cared for and rooms are individually designed with modern bathrooms. It is a 10 minute tram ride into the centre but you will receive a free ticket for public transport for the duration of your stay. The area is quiet but there are a couple of restaurants bars and shops nearby. The tramstop into town is only 2 minutes away. Breakfast and free wifi were good and they put out little snacks as an extra touch
There is an automated reception arrangement where you collect your key at the door from a locker. I would prefer to be met by a person.

Room was very clean.
Not very central (but hotel provides free tickets for public transportation) and very small rooms. We staid at the Ludwig xiv room. Sink is hardly accessible and only a very small closet where all clothes will definitely not fit (luckily it was summer and you need less clothes). I wouldn't designate it a boutique hotel. Only the cleaning lady I would qualify as friendly. The remaining staff was just right (not warm, but very accomodating, just sufficiently friendly). Breakfast was with 8 euro good value for money (vs the room), but served until 10:30am only during weekends (vs 11am in most hotels).

Free candies at the reception desk
Very very very noisy room, I was awake every morning at 5:30 due to the noise; my room was situated just next to the reception desk, the door is very slim. Recpetion closes at 20:30. I paid 255 euros per night, which is inacceptable for such a poor confort and service.
